In this responsible key role, you will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Office and actively contribute to the group-wide development of Anton Paar Group AG. You will be involved in key topics and projects and support both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives with an economic, technical, and organizational focus. Job Description
Support the Executive Office in daily operations (appointment coordination, handling short-notice requests, professional telephone support, holiday cover, etc.)
Handle operational business priorities across various business units
Act as an interface to internal departments and the six subsidiaries
Prepare presentations
Compile key figures, reports, and analyses as a basis for decision-making
Coordinate internal events, meetings, and external visits
Take over and manage projects in technical, economic, or organizational areas (e.g., establishment of a subsidiary)
Support the CEO in external supervisory board activities
Qualifications
Solid technical and business education required (University of Technology / University of Applied Sciences)
At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical and international environment
Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility for short-term overseas assignments
Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with an independent and committed working style
Discretion and a trustworthy approach to sensitive data

This position is based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Actual salary depends on experience and qualifications and typically ranges between €4,000 and €4,500 gross per month (excluding overtime).
