We are looking for an German VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken;
* Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
* Strong communication and negotiation skills;
* Attention to details;
* Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;
* Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
* Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
* Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
* Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
* Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
