Provide strategic, technical and people leadership for the Kundl site in all quality and cGMP
compliance related matters and ensure that all aspects of the operational business comply
with cGMP legal and regulatory requirements and Sandoz internal requirements.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide Leadership to Site Quality Organization and assures site is operating in compliance to national and international cGMP standards
• Assuring Quality oversight of all GxP activities and Quality KPIs are meet
• Assures regulatory compliance and implementation of global quality standards and regulations with successful HA Inspections outcomes
• Responsible for Headcount of the respective Quality organization, driving people and talent management through recruitment, training, coaching and performance monitoring. Ensure succession planning for key roles in quality.
• Promote and improve the Safety and Quality cultures, by implementing the necessary systems and actions.
• Strive for simplification and efficiency improvements by means of internal and external benchmarking
• Assure Quality support Projects, launches and transfers
• Assures financial adherence to own budget, while achieving OPEX targets, leverage synergies and cost
• Meet key launches and transfers against project timeline
