Your role at Dynatrace
We offer this role as a full‑time position, but are happy to consider part‑time options starting from 30 hours per week!
* You will work on two essential services within Grail, dealing with a lot of metadata used to properly ingest and query data at scale.
* Prototype, design, and implement features using Java 21, Spring Boot, and Postgres.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Collaborate with product architects and cross‑functional teams to define and implement new features.
* Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the team’s services.
* Take ownership as a team and fully utilize Dynatrace to monitor and optimize your features.
What Will Help You Succeed
* 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Java backend development.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Collaborative and motivational personality with a proactive approach.
* Passion for service resiliency and performance.
* Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and Postgres is beneficial.

Compensation And Rewards
* We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full‑time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
