We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Special Operations to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead customer engagement efforts and manage the complete sales process for our Special Operations products and services. From identifying new opportunities to negotiating deals and ensuring a seamless handover to project teams, you will be instrumental in our continued growth and success.
* Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through direct presence (international travel necessary)
* Manage comprehensive end-to-end sales processes
* Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and tailored proposals
* Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting activities
* Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and close deals
* Ensure smooth project handovers and maintain ongoing key account
* Ensure full compliance with public authorities specific procurement frameworks and regulations
* Represent the organization at key Special Operations industry exhibitions, conferences, and forums
* Track defense industry trends and monitor competitor strategies
Your Experiences And Skills
* Minimum of 7-10 years' technical sales experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German is beneficial. Any additional language would be an advantage
* Strong sales, negotiation & contract management skills
* Technical understanding & solution-oriented thinking
* Effective customer relationship management
* Familiarity with military standards & compliance requirements
