To strengthen our team in Linz, we are currently looking for a motivated professional to drive digital Sales & Service Excellence initiatives, focusing on efficient solutions and Salesforce in an international environment
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and enhance digital Sales Operations solutions, focusing on Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related tools
* Analyze and understand B2B sales and customer service processes
* Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with users, IT, and external partners
* Lead training sessions, onboarding, and go-live activities to ensure successful adoption across markets
* Drive Sales Excellence initiatives and continuously improve digital processes and workflows
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, IT, Product, Brand, and regional teams
* Support Jira and Confluence administration, including workflows, boards, and configurations
Your Profile:
* Degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing, Project Management, E-Commerce, or similar (Master’s degree is a plus)
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and digital tools
* Understanding of B2B sales and service processes, with experience in process improvement
* Familiar with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence
* Analytical, structured, and hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
* Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
For this position, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 47,546.94 in accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for the metal industry, with a willingness to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
