Job Overview
ENPULSION is looing for a part-time Junior Accountant (m/f/x). As part of our Finance & Controlling team, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities in daily and weekly accounting. You will support the accurate execution of business transactions, fixed asset accounting, and payment processes. In addition, you will contribute to the optimization of our financial processes and support internal controls as well as the preparation of reports and financial statements.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage ongoing accounting, including processing and reviewing business transactions
* Handle fixed asset accounting
* Perform account reconciliations and maintain master data
* Manage payment transactions (bank, petty cash, credit cards) as well as dunning procedures
* Contribute to the optimization and further development of accounting and financial processes
* Support the further development of the internal control system (ICS)
* Assist in preparing investment decisions
* Provide ad-hoc reporting
* Correspond with customers, suppliers, authorities, auditors, and banks
* Support in preparing and creating monthly and annual financial statements
Contract & Salary
Type of contract: Part-time position with 20-25 hours/week
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.668,69 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
Your profile
* Completed commercial education with Matura (e.g., HAK or HLW) or equivalent commercial training (e.g., Wifi Accountant program)
* First professional experience in accounting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Experience with BMD NTC software is an advantage
* Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
* High affinity for numbers, hands-on mentality, commitment, reliability, and accuracy
* Very good command of German and English (written and spoken)
