Business Analyst & Strategic Project Manager (f/m/d) Your Tasks
* Conduct market, industry and competition reviews; perform benchmark exercises
* Collaborate with team to align strategic goals with the company's strategic objectives
* Assist in developing project strategies and execution plans
* Identify potential risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies
* Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
* Communicate financial performance to senior management and project teams
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regional COOs, finance, local management team and project management
* Present financial information and project updates to stakeholders
Your Profile
* University degree in Business Administration preferably with a focus on Strategy, Innovation or Management Control or similar education
* 3 years relevant professional experience e.g. from a global Accountancy Consultancy
* Ability to understand and assess complex business cases and develop solution approaches
* Excellent command of English
* Conceptual and strategic thinking linked with a high orientation to implement as well as analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders
* Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and various data sources
* Capacity to analyse data objectively, applying logic
* Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, able to work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
* Advanced Excel skills and be proficient in PowerPoint for presentation purposes
* Work with cross-functional teams and have the maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments
