Requirements
* Strong background in computers and cybersecurity.
* Knowledge of crypto asset regulations and compliance tools.
* Experience with risk assessments, audits, and compliance procedures.
* Familiarity with managing cryptographic materials, including their lifecycle (safe custody, handling, and disposal).
* Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical information to various stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Organizational skills to handle complex information consistently.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Asset management: Manage, safeguard, and control accountable crypto and COMSEC (Communications Security) material, including maintaining inventory and performing periodic audits.
* Security operations: Implement and verify security measures to prevent compromise, report security breaches immediately, and support investigations into any security incidents.
* Regulatory compliance: Enforce the safeguarding framework to meet regulatory obligations, such as MiCAR, MiFID II, and PSD II/E‑Money‑Directive, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance.
* Risk management: Advise on risks related to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cryptographic assets and provide guidance on compliance issues.
* Distribution: Distribute crypto and encryption keys to internal users according to established policies and procedures.
