Your Tasks
* Analyze financial and operational performance of Marine After Sales/Service hubs and identify improvement opportunities.
* Act as a strategic partner to functional managers, supporting business development and decision-making.
* Develop and implement controlling standards and ensure consistency across all hubs.Coordinate key financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, target setting) and ensure timely reporting.
* Drive performance improvement initiatives through actionable plans in collaboration with Service and After Sales teams.
