Salary: Ab EUR 2.950 (Fixum VZ Basis exkl. Überstunden)
Position: Learning Expert (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
* Organize and support internal and external training and further training activities, especially using our Learning Management System.
* Work project-based, e.g., developing our Learning Management System.
* Maintain close contact with employees as a point of contact for questions about internal or external training.
* Support creation of forms, surveys, and design of e-learning modules.
* Enjoy working with data, creating reports, and using tools like Excel or Power BI to derive actionable insights.
* Collaborate to create a new learning experience at BDO.
Qualifications
* Completed bachelor’s degree with a focus on personnel management.
* First practical work experience in HR is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills and high social competence.
* IT affinity and good Excel knowledge; Power BI is a plus.
* Mindset of accuracy, hands‑on mentality, team player.
* Open to further development and high learning readiness.
