Your territory
As part of our Product team, you will:
Help more pet parents choose - and stay with - the world’s most-trusted name in pet GPS tracking
Align with our localized pricing strategy to grow customer lifetime value (CLTV) across regions
Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve activation and engagement across all touchpoints – from purchase to recurring usage
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers to deliver impactful improvements and experiments to our subscription setup
Analyze subscriber behavior, payment trends, and churn cohorts to inform product decisions
Continuously reduce churn through data-driven experimentation and user-centric improvements
Collaborate with developers, support agents, marketing experts, and others to hit goals and revenue targets - all while keeping tracker and app users happy
Keep an eye out for potential improvements and ensure ongoing optimization
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
Product management experience in a B2C (ideally SaaS) setting
Solid grasp of subscription dynamics, with the ability to interpret and act on KPIs such as CLV, MRR, churn, cohort analysis, and retention metrics
Experience with or solid knowledge of digital and/or hardware products
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
Very good English skills
A passion for the latest in (pet) tech
Valid Austrian work permit
