Customer Success Hero (f/m/d) in climate-tech start-up

exnaton offers an AI‑driven cloud platform that processes smart‑meter data and sets dynamic, real‑time energy prices. Our customers—utility companies across the DACH region and beyond—use the platform to let consumers share renewable energy and keep track of their consumption.
Your role
As a Customer Success Hero you will lead the entire customer journey for our enterprise clients, from initial deployment to ongoing support.
* Onboard new enterprise customers, leading implementation and integration projects.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for help‑desk requests, troubleshooting, and timely resolution.
* Assist clients to maximize the value of our software through guidance and best‑practice sharing.
* Build lasting relationships beginning at onboarding and continuing throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver solutions on time, within scope and budget.
* Improve onboarding materials, integration processes and gather feedback for product enhancements.
* Support business development with industry partners (e.g., SAP, BPC, Theben).
* Adapt to evolving sales strategies and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Your qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Strong understanding of diverse customer and stakeholder personas with empathy for different perspectives.
* Experience with ERP systems and software integration projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (strict requirement; other languages are a plus).
* Fast learner with affinity for technology and ability to set up demo systems quickly.
* Track record of supporting customers or driving technical sales in a software environment.
* Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work autonomously in a fast‑paced startup.
* Strong interest in digitalisation and sustainability; basic renewable‑energy knowledge preferred.
* Team player comfortable in a dynamic remote‑first culture.
