We are looking for a Sales Representative, that will own and develop a defined sales territory in
Eastern Austria
, and will be responsible for expanding Marcolin's brand presence and driving sustainable growth across our eyewear portfolio (e.g., adidas, Guess, Max Mara, Tom Ford, Zegna).
Responsibilities
* Visit and advise opticians/retail partners regularly within the assigned territory
* Present collections, product launches and promotional activities
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
* Support customers with assortment planning, ordering and sell-out initiatives
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights internally
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting (CRM / sales performance)
Area Management
* Full responsibility for sales performance and customer development within assigned territory
* Regular customer visits and structured route planning
* Ensuring optimal portfolio placement and merchandising execution at point of sale
* Identifying growth opportunities and implementing targeted action plans
Travel
* High travel activity within the assigned region
* Frequent day trips and customer visits as required
* Participation in internal meetings, trainings and key industry events
Requirements
* Strong sales mindset with excellent customer orientation
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* Structured, self-driven working style with strong ownership
* Interest in fashion, eyewear and lifestyle trends
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
* Experience in field sales, retail sales or B2B customer management is a plus
* Industry experience (optics, fashion, consumer goods) is an advantage
