Through our farming as a service model, our customers can utilize insect products in the animal feed market, shortening the huge protein gap across industries.The main goal of the positionThe Senior Project Manager (Anlagenbau) oversees and coordinates all technical and engineering aspects of our factory projects. This role involves planning, scheduling, forecasting, and managing every technical task to ensure accuracy, optimal resource allocation, and high quality throughout the project lifecycle, consistently delivering results on time.TasksProcess engineering planning and concept development for industrial plants Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects Monitor compliance with applicable practices, performance standards and specificationsPerform overall quality control of the work related to the assigned project/s (budget, schedule, plans, contractors/project members performance) and report regularly on project statusReview engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actionsInteract daily with the clients (internal/external) to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the fieldParticipation in assembly monitoring and plant commissioningCreate safety considerations and risk analysesExecute and coordinate multidisciplinary feasibility studiesManage coordination and negotiations with suppliers and customersRequirementsYou have a completed diploma or master's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry or similar areasYou have solid experience in the development, planning and commissioning of industrial plants in a project management roleYou can work with multiple discipline projects and teams and an advanced level of project management and supervision skills.
