Orana is seeking a Senior Client Liaison Officer who will be the primary point of contact for NDIS participants and their families, ensuring a smooth and empowering experience with Orana services. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Client Liaison Team, deliver exceptional participant-centred support, and maximise the impact of NDIS funding.
This is more than just a coordination role – it’s an opportunity to combine your expert knowledge of the NDIS with strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a deep commitment to person-centred outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements, quality standards, and regulations
· Act as Orana’s lead contact for all NDIS, DSOA, and emerging funding streams
· Develop participant-centred service agreements aligned with funding and goals
Relationship Building & Communication
· Foster strong, culturally sensitive relationships with participants, families, and carers
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned and timely service delivery
· Lead the Client Liaison Team to deliver exceptional service experiences
· Monitor and manage participant plan budgets for optimal utilisation
· Develop service estimates and funding reports to support strategic planning
· Drive timely and accurate billing in partnership with Finance
Strategic & Operational Impact
· Manage plan reviews and funding transitions with foresight and clarity
· Identify new service opportunities based on participant needs and market analysis
· Ensure seamless integration of digital records, data quality, and compliance reporting
Team Leadership & Innovation
· Mentor, coach, and develop Client Liaison Officers to achieve consistent, high-quality support
· Lead continuous improvement and innovation projects that enhance participant outcomes
· Contribute to Orana’s strategic growth through adaptive leadership
About You
You’re an experienced, proactive professional who thrives in a people-focused, purpose-driven environment. You understand the NDIS inside and out and are passionate about making the system work for people. Your strategic thinking, financial insight, and exceptional communication skills allow you to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
You will bring:
· Cert IV in Disability Services (minimum) or equivalent experience
· In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, including pricing structures
· Demonstrated experience in disability services and NDIS plan management
· Proven leadership and mentoring experience
· Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· High-level proficiency in client management and financial systems
· Experience developing rosters of care and funding scenarios
· Current NDIS Worker Check (5-year renewal)
· National Police Clearance (renewed every 3 years)
· DHS Working with Children Check (if applicable)
