Service Staff Position
This part-time role involves working as a bartender at our on-campus café/pub, operating in two shifts from Monday to Friday.
* Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, small food items, and snacks is key to this position.
* Maintaining a smooth service area, including preparation, stock management, and hygiene standards, requires close attention to detail.
* The ability to provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing requests with diligence is essential.
* Effective management of register operations, closing duties, and ordering supplies as needed is necessary for the successful execution of this role.
* Contributing to menu development, seasonal campaigns, and events enhances the overall experience.
Essential Qualifications:
* Prior experience in hospitality/service industries is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
* Adequate English skills are crucial as English is our primary language; basic German proficiency is desirable.
