Gross salary range: EUR 80k - 90k/year
Employment type: Full Time employment, All-in Contract Reporting structure: You report directly to our VP of Finance and work closely with the Team Leads Accounting and Data.

The Role: Join us and become part of our team at fiskaly! We are a young, dynamic company looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst who will significantly contribute to shaping our finance strategy. As a fast-growing business, we constantly evolve our processes through innovation. You’ll be expected to actively apply AI and automation tools to build scalable financial models, generate insights faster, and improve the accuracy and speed of decision-making. With your experience in FP&A, you’ll take ownership of key projects and help drive impact across the business.
Your Responsibilities
* You are responsible for financial planning for all markets including strategic business planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts You are go-to-person for any questions around all KPIs across the entire business model and their impact on our financials.
* You will work closely with the founders, management, and investors and be an important part of future fundraising processes.
* You will be leading strategic projects to setup flexible and scalable financial planning and analysis processes for all current and future markets.
* You will own stakeholder reporting including Board reports, management reports, pitch decks for future financing rounds and all business performance updates to the business.
* You would be conducting market research in order to understand global trends, identify key risks for the business, and untap additional business opportunities.
* Implement AI-driven forecasting, predictive analytics, and scenario modeling to inform strategy and identify early signals in the data
Required Qualifications

* You have experience as a Financial Analyst in investment banking, consulting, VC, M&A, or a VC-backed tech startup post-Series C
* You’re a number-cruncher who finds patterns, challenges assumptions, and translates findings into strategic direction
* Expert in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced Excel; experience using AI-powered financial tools (e.g., Pigment, Mosaic, DataRails, or GPT-based insights) is a big plus
* You’re passionate about deeply understanding digital business models and can extract insights from complex data sets
* You’re fluent in concepts like customer cohorts, LTV, CAC, retention, and marketing ROI—not just top-line metrics
* You can model without a mouse, and your slides are boardroom-ready
* You’re comfortable with ad hoc analyses using BI or reporting tools
* You challenge the status quo and bring thoughtful, data-driven solutions
* You’re already using (or eager to implement) AI and automation into your FP&A toolkit to make processes faster, smarter, and more accurate
You'll impress us if
* You have strong experience with SaaS / Fintech KPIs; experience in fundraising or M&A processes is a strong plus.
* You’ve implemented or tested AI tools to automate financial reporting, forecasting, or data analysis pipelines
* You are interested in using AI-powered tools and automation technologies in accounting to make processes more efficient and future-proof.
* You think like an entrepreneur, meaning you are pragmatic, creative, and willing to make decisions under uncertainty
