We’re currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join our clients leadership team. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the people strategy in a dynamic and established business.
As the HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full people function—partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives, build organisational capability, and ensure compliance across all areas of employment relations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
2. Lead IR/ER matters including award interpretation, performance management, and enterprise agreements
3. Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
4. Provide coaching and support to leaders across all departments
5. Promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture
6. Ensure HR practices are compliant with current legislation
What We’re Looking For:
1. Demonstrated experience in a senior HR role within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors
2. Strong knowledge of Industrial and Employee Relations (IR/ER)
3. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach
4. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
5. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business
