Our IT Governance & Strategy Group is embedded within the IT department and focuses on IT-internal governance, compliance, and strategic coordination. Through established processes and standards, we support the IT organization and work closely with all teams and management to ensure transparency and sustainable development of IT.
Responsibilities
* Define, manage, and continuously improve IT QA/QM processes and guidelines; conduct regular quality assessments to identify compliance gaps
* Serve as the central point of contact for internal IT QA audits, coordinating audit activities and CAPA implementation and follow-up
* Collaborate in IT projects to embed quality and compliance, driving effective change management and timely completion of QMS actions
* Provide oversight of changes across all IT domains and own end-to-end change management for IT Operations
* Ensure training compliance by aligning required trainings to the respective roles and initiating training activities during system changes or the introduction of new systems
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or higher (University, FH) in IT, Business, or related field with focus on Quality Management; experience in IT Quality Assurance and regulated environments is a desired
* Solid knowledge of compliance frameworks, audits, and CAPA management is desired
* Strong understanding of IT service and change management (e.g., ITIL, GxP)
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and embed quality and compliance into IT projects
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, combined with a structured, analytical, and self-organized working style; German is a plus

Further Information
Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
