Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide designated onsite IT support at the Weiz location. The role involves focusing on end‑user support, troubleshooting, and basic IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite IT support for end users during designated support days.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network‑related issues.
* Support Windows OS, laptops/desktops, printers, and peripherals.
* Assist users with Office 365, email, and basic application issues.
* Perform system checks and basic configurations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in an IT Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk role.
* Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and end‑user computing environments.
* Basic understanding of Office 365 and common enterprise applications.
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
* Fluent in German & English (spoken and written).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
