As part of the Global Data Team, based in our Headquarter in Salzburg, you'll support senior line managers in developing new processes and features. You'll translate business and process requirements into functional concepts for technical implementation.
In this strategic role, you'll manage projects independently, maintain a holistic view, identify cross-functional dependencies, and align business needs with the target state across stakeholders. You'll drive digital transformation in collaboration with process owners, enhancing our global procurement processes and data structures.
Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development and Documentation: Collect, challenge, and align business requirements with stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end integration. Document requirements clearly in Business Scope Statements and hand them over to IT.
2. Project Management: Manage projects independently, define work packages, set realistic timelines, track progress, and monitor budgets. Report to senior management as needed.
3. Workshops & Meetings: Prepare and facilitate project meetings and workshops, and contribute to steering meetings with senior management.
4. Stakeholder & Resource Management: Keep stakeholders informed, monitor resources, and identify potential bottlenecks.
5. Testing & Handover: Ensure quality through testing, document efforts, and facilitate the handover of new processes to the data quality team. Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 7+ years in procurement, SAP ARIBA/SAP MM roles, or consulting.
* Deep knowledge of SAP ARIBA, SAP MM, or similar procure-to-pay solutions, with proven process improvement experience.
* Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into system concepts.
* Project and program management experience.
* System affinity, conceptual thinking, and a holistic approach.
* Strong analytical, solution-oriented, structured, and assertive skills. Able to work under pressure independently.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* End-to-End Operations knowledge, preferably in FMCG environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Note: Due to legal reasons, the minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,911 gross per month, as per the collective agreement. Our actual package exceeds this minimum, reflecting market standards.
