Your role and responsibilities
Start: Summer 2025 | Duration: 3 - 6 months | Full-time | Temporary Are you a dedicated and service-oriented individual with a proactive and reliable work ethic? Do you already have professional experience and a keen sense of priorities? Are you driven by your own high standards for delivering quality results? Then you are exactly who we’re looking for!
1. Provide administrative support in various HR functions
2. Assist the HR teams with general organizational and administrative tasks
3. Participate in ongoing HR projects and support with research activities
4. Perform general organizational and administrative duties
Qualifications for the role
* Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on Human Resources) or a related field
* Initial practical experience in HR is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good written and spoken English skills
* Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
* Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
