Company Description Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.
Project Objective The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest, and public areas in EU countries. The project uses cars with 360 removable cameras mounted on top of the vehicle. Cameras image the surrounding area and store images on onboard computers. This data will enhance one of the world's most popular online maps.
The data collectors will be assigned specific routes around public streets and areas, focusing on commercial districts and historical sites. Due to weather conditions, some areas may be visited multiple times to ensure high-quality imaging. The project duration is expected to be 3 to 6 months, covering different data collection zones.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows the area well, and is highly responsible and reliable.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day, totaling 40 hours/week. Weather delays may require weekend work.
Requirements Valid Driver’s License
Good driving skills and a clean record
Physical ability to install cameras (6 kg, 1 meter height)
Private parking space for the vehicle is a plus
General car knowledge is a plus
Enjoys driving during standard hours
Available for at least 3 months
Strong communication and reporting skills
Tech-savvy (familiar with Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet, WhatsApp)
High responsibility level
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
