(Senior) IT Operations Manager for ServiceNow (f/m/x)
As (Senior) IT Operations Manager, you will be part of the Product Team IT Service Operations under the IT Operational Excellence umbrella in RBI. You will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining the ServiceNow system, which is a key pillar system for IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management within RBI.
Your mission at RBI
1. You will be responsible for guiding the operations team through the daily business of operating the ServiceNow system.
2. You will shape the operations structure, practices, and frameworks for the ServiceNow system.
3. You will be the main counterpart for all operations topics, creating and maintaining a yearly release plan, and conducting releases and upgrades successfully during the year.
4. You will support the Product Owner, Service Responsible, and System Architect in operations-related affairs.
Your core competencies
1. University degree in a technical and/or commercial field of study or proven comparable qualification.
2. 5+ years of experience in an IT operations department of a mid or large organization, preferably in the financial services industry; experience leading an IT operations team is a plus.
3. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is preferable but not mandatory.
4. Analytical, result-oriented, collaborative, and structured working style.
5. Good communication skills, with English as the main language; German is a plus.
6. Willingness to travel approximately 4-6 times per year within the Central and Eastern European region.
