YOUR TASKS
* Shape Corporate Strategy: Actively participate in our bi-annual strategy review by building market and competitive analyses, challenging existing plans, and preparing clear, robust business cases for the Management Board.
* Translate Strategy into Numbers: Manage financial models for mid-term planning, translating strategic initiatives into concrete financial targets and KPIs.
* Analyze Strategic Risks: Identify and assess strategic risks from market shifts and supply chain vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation plans with senior stakeholders.
* Drive Strategic Projects: Support critical projects such as capital allocation, from planning to implementation, coordinating across teams to ensure timely results.
* Act as the Team's Hub: Serve as the central point for coordination within the strategy team, ensuring smooth workflows and clear communication to meet objectives.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a STEM field.
* Fluent in German and English (C1 or higher).
* Skilled in building financial models and business cases in Excel for strategic decisions.
* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop clear, logical solutions.
* Effective project management and team coordination skills.
* Experience presenting data-driven arguments to senior and executive management.
