Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and further development of the existing Information Security Management System (ISMS).
* Plan, implement and monitor measures to ensure information security in accordance with ISO 27001 and other relevant standards (e.g., NIS2, GDPR).
* Identify and assess security risks.
* Carry out risk analyses and vulnerability assessments.
* Define and create protective measures and ensure the effectiveness of mitigation measures.
* Create security guidelines, process workflows and documentation.
* Participate actively in security incident response.
* Coordinate and communicate with internal and external partners (specialist departments, data protection officer, authorities).
Qualifications
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, IT security or comparable training.
* Several years of professional experience in the field of information security.
* ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification or comparable certification desirable.
* Knowledge of NIS2 requirements desirable.
* Experience in communicating with software development departments and vulnerability management.
* Knowledge of project management.
* Sound knowledge of common security standards, methods and tools.
* Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
* Written and spoken German and English.
