Your Role
As a Product Marketing Manager in the Research & Development team, you will shape the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects and bringing new ideas to life.
Key responsibilities
Support and execute design‑in strategies to drive business growth and market leadership in MV MOSFET, with a focus on close customer interaction, requirements collection and roadmap contribution.
Have ownership of a dedicated MV MOSFET voltage range.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product development, marketing and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers.
Act as Project Owner for product development projects.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments through market research and analysis, including analyzing market data and engaging with industry experts and thought leaders.

Qualifications and Skills
A university or university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the Power Semiconductors industry, with a focus on Product Marketing, Applications or Engineering roles.
A proven track record of delivering business results, driving market leadership and expanding revenue growth in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and external partners, and effectively collaborate to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges, develop strategic solutions and implement tactical plans, combining a detail‑oriented approach with critical and strategic thinking.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills; German is a plus.
