Job Description
We are searching for a motivated and professional Commis de Rang to join our service team. In this role, you will assist in delivering an exceptional dining experience, ensuring tables are properly prepared, and helping service run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in setting up dining tables according to the restaurant's standards.
* Serve food and beverages to guests under the supervision of the Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang.
* Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
* Support the service team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
* Replenish table supplies such as condiments, napkins, and utensils.
* Observe and follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
* Attend briefings and training sessions to improve knowledge of menu, service, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
* Energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-player with a positive and approachable attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and focus on guest satisfaction.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the service team.
