Overview
AS&T Analyst (d/w/m) at Sandoz Österreich. This role coordinates and executes analytical activities using techniques such as HPLC, dissolution testing, and other instrumental technologies. You will support method evaluation, validation, and transfer for finished pharmaceutical products, including process validation and comparative dissolution studies.
Responsibilities
* Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of organic and inorganic compounds to determine identity, purity, and homogeneity of drug products.
* Organize and interpret analytical data using various instrumental technologies.
* Support product and process validation analytics, method transfer, optimization, and equipment calibration.
* Conduct statistical analysis and ensure timely communication of analytical issues.
* Adhere to SOPs, protocols, and ALCOA principles in all documentation.
* Participate in compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
* Completed secondary technical school or apprenticeship in industry.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical analytics (QC, development, or equivalent).
* Intermediate knowledge of chromatographic analytics and standard analytical technologies.
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems within assigned responsibilities.
* Familiar with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Strong documentation skills and ability to follow written procedures precisely.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Good German (oral and written).
* Basic knowledge of English (oral and written).

In accordance with Austrian law, we disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 47,532.24/year (full-time). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher based on experience, qualifications and competencies.
