Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the key interface between Product Management and technical teams to collect, define, and document product requirements
* Lead multidisciplinary teams—software, hardware, firmware, and mechanical—through the full product lifecycle
* Create and maintain clear system- and product-level documentation
* Contribute to system and product architecture evolution
* Support and optimize new development tools and processes
* Ensure smooth alignment between technical feasibility, business objectives, and product vision
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
* Deep technical background in software, electronics, or mechatronics
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
* A track record of managing technical or product development projects
* Strong capability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
* Clear communicator and coordinator across technical/non-technical teams
* Fluent English skills (German a plus)
Nice to Have
* Advanced knowledge of electronics and PCB design
* Understanding of software development principles
* Experience in manufacturing and production environments
* Familiar (Scrum, Kanban)
* Background in consumer electronics, embedded systems, or wearables

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 3.175,00 gross monthly.
