Your new adventure
As Performance Coordinator CO₂, you will play a key role in ensuring transparency and accuracy in procurement performance, with CO₂ emissions as a central strategic metric. You will support BRP in achieving its sustainability and cost targets by delivering reliable reporting, in-depth analyses, and cross-functional coordination between Procurement and Finance.
Maintain, validate, and further develop CO₂ reporting for procurement activities.
Analyze procurement spend by region, supplier, and category.
Track realized CO₂ savings and validate CO₂ avoidance initiatives.
Support category managers in meeting CO₂ targets and preparing performance reviews.
Develop transparent dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for management.
Monitor purchase order compliance and spending behavior versus targets.
Conduct variance analyses, identify risks, and provide management insights.
Ensure alignment with Finance and Controlling to maintain consistent data quality.
Coordinate CO₂ reporting inputs from global and regional teams.
Support and steer top-management committees focused on CO₂ savings.
Your skills and experiences
University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain or Sustainability.
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
Solid understanding of procurement KPIs, savings logic, and reporting frameworks.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., dashboards, KPI models).
Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems, ideally SAP.
Strong analytical mindset with high reliability and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in international teams.
Confidence in handling large datasets and engaging diverse stakeholders.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60.962,3 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
