Responsibilities:
* Expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Developing and implementing strategies to expand business relationships
* Anticipating/identifying customer requirements and helping to translate them into product requirements
* Dealing with commercial, contractual and legal issues (with support from KEBA experts)
* Preparation and main responsibility for negotiating offers and framework agreements
* Supporting internal order processing through order clarity and escalation management
* Participation in market observation and strategy definition for the Logistics Automation division
You offer:
* Completed business or technical training
* Several years of experience in sales of technical capital goods with IT reference in the industrial B2B environment
* Industry experience in logistics and e-commerce
* Very good communication skills in German and English, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, negotiation skills

Salary:
