Ready to shape the future of creator marketing and drive impact across Europe and LATAM? Join our Creator Marketing team in Salzburg, Austria, as the POC for Europe and LATAM.
In a nutshell Taking full ownership, you’ll lead the global creator program across Europe and LATAM – bringing together strategy, enablement, innovation, structure, and flawless execution to deliver impactful and locally relevant results.
You’ll define and implement global guidelines to ensure the consistent application of creator marketing principles and tactics across all markets.
Local power, global success Through training, workshops, mentoring, and hands‑on support, you’ll empower markets (Europe and LATAM) and HQ stakeholders to drive excellence in execution.
Teamwork You’ll build strong alignment across business units while establishing efficient regional structures with clear communication and full oversight.
Thought Leadership & Innovation As a key expert internally and externally, you’ll monitor trends, evaluate performance, and continuously evolve the creator marketing approach with a long‑term perspective.
Tool & Processes You’ll drive the development and optimization of tools, services, and workflows while ensuring high‑quality execution across creator selection, activations, integrations, brand visibility, and reporting.
5+ years of marketing experience (preferably in youth‑oriented companies, agencies, or premium brands), including 2+ years working with and/or managing creators
Passion for the creator space with a strong understanding of social media and consumer habits
Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, with solid planning and project management skills
Team‑player, creative, entrepreneurial, and solution‑oriented mindset
Fluent in English; any other language is considered an asset
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market‑oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
