8. Erstellen von Ausschreibungen inkl. Auftragsvergaben für Instandhaltungsarbeiten und Sanierungen und deren Umsetzung samt Bauaufsicht bei unserer Immobilien in Österreich
9. Erstellen von Rahmen-Ausschreibungen für Wartungsarbeiten unserer Immobilien in Österreich
10. Erstellen von mehrjährigen Instandhaltungsplänen
11. Organisation von extern durchgeführten ÖNORM B1301 Begehungen und Abarbeitung von festgestellten Abweichungen
12. Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten mit der konzerninternen CAFM Software
13. Rechnungsprüfung und Freigaben der o.a. Tätigkeiten
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
14. Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Fachschule, Bauhandwerkerschule, Polierschule, HTL Hochbau, o.ä.)
15. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im vergleichbaren Umfeld (Baustellenpraxis erwünscht)
16. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Baustellenablauf und in der örtlichen Bauaufsicht
17. Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung
18. Gutes Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
19. Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
20. Gute MS-Office 365 Kenntnisse und Nevaris Success (Auer), sowie grundsätzliche Affinität zur Digitalisierung
21. Reisebereitschaft national (ca. 50 %)
