Your Strengths And Qualifications
Senior HR leadership experience (8+ years) in a global, fast-growing, commercial environment.
Strong business and financial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L and cost drivers.
Proven experience in organizational design, scaling teams, and workforce planning.
Hands-on, data-driven, and pragmatic leadership style.
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 90.000,00 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
