Your tasks
* drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes to optimize downtime, costs, and preventive vs corrective strategies
* implement and enforce group-wide standards for maintenance and CAPEX processes
* act as global key user for CMMS / SAP-PM and CAPEX software tools
* support investment projects with project management and financial evaluation (ROI, IRR, NPV)
* coordinate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across OPCOs
* define and monitor KPIs for maintenance and investment performance
* collaborate with HQ & OPCOs to simplify complexity and achieve common objectives
* participate in mill visits and meetings
Your experience
* university degree in technical or engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics)
* ideally solid experience in maintenance and investment management and strong knowledge of project management, purchasing, production, and technical controlling – if you are eager to learn but still missing that experience, we will train you
* advanced ERP (preferably SAP) and project management software skills
* analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills
* high proficiency in English, German is an advantage
* willingness to travel (25 % of working time)

This position comes with a minimum salary accordingly to Austrian collective bargaining agreement of EUR 4.141,24. We offer overpayment and an attractive benefits package based on experience.
