About The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the entire F&B experience—including the restaurant, bar, breakfast, and room service. You will manage daily operations, lead and motivate your team, and introduce innovative ideas to craft memorable guest moments. This role offers the opportunity to shape F&B from the opening day and set the tone for Vienna’s experience with Miiro.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all food & beverage outlets, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
* Recruit, train, and develop a passionate F&B team.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop menus, offerings, and service standards.
* Drive profitability through managing costs, margins, and revenue opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining top-tier quality and hygiene standards.
* Foster a positive team culture focused on service, creativity, and continuous improvement.
* Be a visible leader—on the floor, supportive of your team, and proactive in addressing challenges.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager ready for the next step.
* Experience in opening hotels or restaurants is a plus, or enthusiasm to do so.
* Knowledge of lifestyle hospitality, with attention to details, design, storytelling, and guest experience.
* Commercial, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a bonus.
* Natural leadership—confident, respectful, calm under pressure, and personable.
