Your Responsibilities
* Implement, develop, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including add-ons and integrations
* Analyze technical requirements and manage implementation of new solutions to optimize HR processes
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure system stability and resolve issues promptly
* Optimize business processes through technical solutions and maintain data integrity
* Coordinate external service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
Your Qualifications
* Degree in IT, Human Resources, or a comparable field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/IT environment with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise (master data & permissions)
* Knowledge of additional HR applications (e.g., Concur)
* High level of initiative, solution orientation, and accuracy; ability to work independently
* Fluency in German and English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
