I’m looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to join a leading group in Malta operating across manufacturing and healthcare. You will develop the technology strategy, build the technology team, and deliver innovative solutions to support international growth. You will also oversee the technical aspects of the organisation, including IT systems, infrastructure, software development, network, and data security, ensuring operational efficiency and enabling the company to innovate and stay competitive.

Your Experience
6. Proven experience as a senior technology leader or CTO
7. Experience in manufacturing and healthcare sectors
8. Demonstrated success in leading IT infrastructure, systems architecture, software development, and budgets
9. Experience driving digital transformation and technology innovation, including AI initiatives
10. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
11. Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring high-performing technology teams
12. Track record of delivering large-scale technology projects on time and within budget
13. Experience in IT governance, compliance, and change management
14. Ability to integrate teams across multiple business units and manage a geographically dispersed workforce

Your Responsibilities
16. Define and implement a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business objectives
17. Translate strategy into actionable goals and a roadmap for digital transformation
18. Conduct gap analyses and report findings to the board
19. Oversee design, development, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
20. Manage vendor and technology partner relationships
21. Ensure systems comply with European, local, and healthcare regulations
22. Lead IT security, disaster recovery, and data governance initiatives
23. Drive adoption of cloud, AI, and data-driven solutions to optimize operations
24. Build, mentor, and lead the technology team, fostering innovation and accountability
25. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, healthcare, events, and administrative teams to implement technology solutions
26. Provide strategic guidance to the board on emerging technologies, innovation opportunities, and potential risks
