The property is expected to go live between Q2 2026.
About the Role
As a Guest Experience Associate, you are the face of the property and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high‑quality guest and resident experience. You operate the front desk, manage reservations, and ensure smooth daily operations in coordination with all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient check‑in and check‑out experiences; act as the main contact point for guests and long‑stay residents; handle requests, complaints, and service recovery in a timely and solution‑oriented manner.
* Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocation via PMS (MEWS preferred); process payments, invoices, and daily cash handling; maintain accurate guest records and compliance documentation.
* Liaise with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and quality standards; coordinate with maintenance for issue resolution; monitor room status, availability, and discrepancies; promote and upsell services (e.g., café, parking, extensions); support occupancy optimization through efficient room allocation.
* Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and Austrian regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or customer service.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Fluency in English; German strongly preferred.
* Experience with PMS systems (MEWS is a plus); flexibility to work rotating shifts.
