You will be the driver of the integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in high-tech production environment (semiconductors,). Your primary goal is to align cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales) to effectively balance demand and supply, optimize factory utilization, maximize revenue, and optimize inventory while ensuring strategic alignment with the long-term Integrated Business Plan (IBP). Lead Forecast Review and Gap Closure meetings, defining clear action plans to ensure revenue and business objectives are met
Act as the final authority for S&OP capacity release, validating high-quality, actionable supply feedback
Facilitate and prepare the monthly S&OP Executive Review, including clear report-outs and follow-up action tracking for the Management Team (MT)
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of critical S&OP master data to maintain planning integrity
Integrate Product Lifecycle Management (NPI/EOL) into the capacity planning process to proactively manage demand transitions
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (MSc preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Capacity Management, preferably within a high-tech production environment (e.g.,semiconductor,electronics, automotive manufacturing)
Strong hands-on experience in an end-to-end Supply Chain, Logistics, or Factory Planning function
BlueYonder, Kinaxis, SAP APO/IBP) and ERP systems
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to manage diverse, cross-functional, and global stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Manufacturing
Fluent professional English is mandatory, German language skills are beneficial
