YOUR JOB
Leadership: You will lead and develop our planning team in Leonding, Graz, and Vienna—comprising around 20 specialists—both technically and organizationally.
Excellence: You will develop our engineering division into a group-wide standard of excellence for planning, documentation, and technical quality.
Digitalization: You will shape the strategic development of our CAD, automation, and calculation solutions, establish future‑proof digital standards, and unlock sustainable efficiency potential.
Transformation: You will drive the standardization and company‑wide implementation of BIM as a central future and transformation project.
Standards: You will establish sustainable processes, quality guidelines, and technical standards for integrated building services planning.
Management: You will be responsible for the budget, resources, and technical development of the department with a business‑oriented perspective.
Talent Development: You will be responsible for conducting internal training and organizing external training programs, and for developing the next generation of technical experts and leaders.
Mentoring: You provide support for complex special cases in large‑scale international projects and serve as a key mentor for project leaders and management.
Quality assurance: You oversee external planning partners and ensure a consistently high standard of quality across the group.
YOUR SKILLS
Solid background in electrical engineering
Several years of leadership experience in the technical planning of complex building services projects
High level of proficiency in CAD/BIM environments (Autodesk, Revit, calculation software)
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on development, clarity, and empowerment
Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of budget, quality, and resource management
Experience in standardization, process optimization, and organizational development
Excellent communication skills when interacting with management, project teams, and external partners
Very good German and English language skills

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer an annual salary of € 90,000 gross. There is a willingness to overpay depending on education and experience. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
