About The Role
The Financial Controller plays a key role in strengthening financial planning, monitoring, and reporting across the organisation. The position works closely with teams across departments to enhance transparency, improve processes, and support automation initiatives. By delivering high‑quality financial analysis and reporting, the role provides critical insights that inform decision‑making and support the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Your tasks
Conduct financial analyses, including variance analysis and scenario modelling, to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Prepare business cases and ad‑hoc analyses to inform investments, initiatives, and organisational priorities.
Lead the consolidation and preparation of monthly financial results and reports for senior management and directors.
Coordinate and manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment and collaboration with budget holders across the organisation.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
