Your tasks:Establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships in the area of Contract Manufacturing / TollingDesigning and administering complex service contracts with international industrial partnersProfessional support of existing customers in contracting, pricing, and reconciliation issuesCoordinating new requirements with internal departments (production, logistics, quality, compliance)Developing and negotiating robust pricing modelsEarly identification of trends and business opportunities as well as active acquisition of new customersCoordinating escalations and solution-oriented communication at the decision-maker levelAccompanying process changes with a focus on customer orientation and profitability
Your skills:Completed higher technical education (HTL) or business studies with a technical background (FH/UNI)Several years of experience in key account management in an industrial environment, ideally in the area of customized products or servicesExperience in contract management, pricing, and customer support at an international levelStrong understanding of industrial processes and interfacesNegotiation skills, solution-oriented thinking, and professional demeanorHigh level of organizational, implementation, and cooperation skillsStrong communication skills as well as clear market and customer orientationVery good English skills, both written and spokenProficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
