You’ll dive deep into the world of digital marketing, gaining hands‑on experience in campaign management, performance tracking, and strategic optimization. Working closely with our Media & Performance teams, you’ll develop key skills in media planning, analytics, consulting and campaign execution, all while contributing to high‑impact marketing strategies.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* Grow Your Expertise: Bring your passion for digital marketing and gain real‑world experience in performance‑driven campaigns.
* Track and Analyze: Create, develop, and maintain reports that monitor key metrics and campaign performance.
* Support Campaign Setup: Assist in setting up Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads campaigns.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Performance Marketing Managers to analyze reports and implement campaigns.
* Develop Key Materials: Assist in creating client presentations and internal reports to communicate insights effectively.
* Bring Analytical Thinking: Apply your media planning knowledge and analytical mindset to improve campaign efficiency.
* Leverage Your Skills: Apply your strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and analytical mindset to improve campaign efficiency.
* Stay Curious and Adaptable: Be open‑minded, reliable, and data‑driven, embracing a steep learning curve in a fast‑paced environment.
* Build a Strong Foundation: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree with a focus on marketing or digital media.
* Fluency in English is required, and German skills are a plus.
* This 12‑month internship is ideal for team players who can take initiative and work independently.
At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. The gross annual salary for this internship (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 28,000. This amount is set within our internal compensation framework to keep things fair and consistent for all our interns.
