As a Global eLearning Manager, you will shape the future of our digital learning by further developing our international LMS landscape and bringing innovative learning formats to life. With your didactic know-how, state-of-the-art content tools and the targeted use of AI, you will create learning opportunities that inspire and have an impact worldwide. If you want to strategically shape digital learning worlds and implement them operationally excellently, you've come to the right place.
What you'll be handling:
* Support, administration and continuous development of our eLearning platform (LMS)
* Conception, creation and maintenance of digital learning content (e.g. micro-learnings, tutorials, interactive formats)
* Design and further development of target group-specific learning paths and blended learning concepts
* Use of modern authoring tools and AI for content creation and personalization
* Coordination with departments as well as quality assurance and optimisation of existing learning opportunities
What you'll need:
* Training/studies in L&D, educational sciences, media didactics, HR or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in dealing with learning management systems (LMS)
* Very good knowledge of modern content tools (e.g. Articulate, Vyond, video tools)
* Experience in digital learning formats, learning paths and AI applications in a learning context
* Didactic understanding, structured way of working and very good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary under the collective agreement on the basis of full-time employment is EUR 53,241.00 per year.
