Your Tasks
Lead monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis for Sales and Manufacturing
Prepare sales and margin reports by market and customer to support commercial decisions
Oversee receivables and credit limits to ensure effective risk control
Lead and oversee local accounting tasks and filing of IFRS and statutory yearly financial accounts
Manage annual budgeting and support forecasting processes
Calculate SKU‑level pricing in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Support Sales, Plant Management, and the Sub‑Region GM with performance optimization and quotation validation
Drive cost‑saving analyses, monitor project impact (incl. PAP), and support ad‑hoc initiatives
Your Profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
8+ years’ experience in Finance / Controlling within industrial environments
Strong project management skills across finance‑related initiatives
Extensive experience with SAP and Oracle HFM for reporting and budgeting, preferred
Solid understanding of GL processes and month‑end / year‑end closing
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience working in matrix structures and international organizations
Fluent German and English skills
