About the Role
Our Corporate HSE Management Team at PALFINGER HQ in Bergheim seeks support for developing and globally implementing our integrated HSE Management System. The Senior HSE Management System Expert (f/m/d) will be responsible for supporting and training our production sites, site management, and the global HSE organization, including conducting internal audits. If you have experience in HSE management and wish to bring it to an international level, this is the role for you!
Your Responsibilities
* Implement the PALFINGER HSE Management System globally across approximately 30 locations, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards.
* Develop and execute training sessions, workshops, and system audits to enhance the HSE organization’s capabilities.
* Build expertise and facilitate the rollout of HSE software systems and processes, including Quentic, ENHESA, and Signavio.
* Serve as administrator and helpdesk for HSE software systems, managing dashboards, interfaces, and HSE reporting.
* Assist the Corporate HSE Manager in system development and participate in HSE projects with departments like Quality, Sustainability, and PALfit Health Management.
Qualifications
* Higher technical or commercial education, or university degree focusing on environmental protection or related fields.
* Several years of professional experience in HSE management.
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 50001; qualification as an internal or external HSE auditor is preferred.
* Practical experience with HSE software systems and excellent communication skills, including moderation and presentation skills.
* Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
