In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of the group's trade compliance management systems as well as processing group-wide enquiries in the area of trade compliance.
Your tasks will include monitoring current case law, sanctions and new legislation, and proactively supporting the entire group with appropriate recommendations for action.
You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations.
In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to ensure centralised control over the implementation of trade compliance requirements.
You will be part of a global compliance and risk organisation.
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
1. You have a Bachelor’s degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field.
2. As a Compliance Expert you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a trade compliance role.
3. You have got in-depth knowledge of compliance standards and regulations, in particular EU laws, trade legislations and EU sanction lists.
4. You are business fluent in English.
5. An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently is a matter of course for you.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
